The Law Office of Martin L. Horwitz, P.C., was established in 1991, and while we are a small firm, we have the resources necessary to service all of our clients' various needs. Being smaller enables us to respond promptly, providing personal and immediate attention to all matters raised.

Martin L. Horwitz, the firm's founder and President, is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, Colorado, the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
