My Background includes (1) founding of a CPA/Business Management firm acquired by CBIZ, a public company; (2) as President of an As-Seen-On-TV Infomercial company SMART INVENTIONS; and (3) currently Managing Director of DUITCH CONSULTING GROUP.
My experience and expertise covers numerous business sectors, mostly family-owned businesses including manufacturing/ distribution/ retail/ real estate/ technology/ entertainment/ and professional services, in stages of Start-Up/ Emergence/ Succession & Exit/ and Estate planning, along with Non-Profit Organizations.
I serve owners/ executive teams/ partners/ Boards of Directors / and as an Advisory Board member, providing STRATEGIC DIRECTION & COACHING to achieve defined Goals & Objectives (i.e. what needs to happen to reach those goals), including infrastructure development, Talent Retention, Financing & Capital Raise, Deal Negotiation, and Mediation.
I’m also an Educator, teaching classes from grade schoolers to Graduate MBAs.
